Good afternoon sind heartly welcome Bro, just to bei sure, what are you talking about? Windows Phone are all running on Quallcomm Snapdragon SoC, an ARM CPU which is Not able to use x86 / x64 and amd64 commands and signs, so no, no one is trying to Install a Desktop Windows on a Lumia Device, because ist wont Work due to Lack of drivers, Power and a CPU which cannot Run Desktop Programms.
There are some trys, running Windows RT from a Surface 1st and 2nd Gen, which are really far in development and positive results on a Lumia 930 / 1520, but RT is also no Desktop Windows, maybe Windows 10 ARM will be an Option in future, but that's a way too gar away...

Yeah, basically possible, at the Moment some guys Testing RT on a 930 in our Community, i am not quote sure If IT would work on the 1020, the Hardware ist Not Bad, nur gar away from 930 and 1520...

Область уголка хакера, которую я сейчас разблокировал, так что вы можете начать.
Вы даже заметили, что написал @ skaarj80?
Существует много экспериментов с устройствами Lumia, но вы пока не можете получить Windows 10 на нем. Максимум Windows RT, но все еще много проблем, потому что важные драйверы выходят из строя.
Кроме того, даже при отсутствии устройства работала функция телефона. Я предполагаю, что это не удастся в ближайшем будущем, хотя Гас и его коллеги действительно хотят работать там.
Если вы добьетесь прогресса, я был бы рад, если бы вы сказали нам это. Сама тема очень интересная.
